St. Timothy's Council is in
it's 9th year. We welcome all Catholic Men who are over 18 and are
Practical Catholics as understood by the Church. The Knights of Columbus
is the largest Catholic Men's Fraternal Association in the world!
We meet on the 1st and 3rd
Tuesdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. at St. Timothy's Church on Biggs
Ford Road in Walkersville.

How is the council
organized? The Knights organizational chart is
here.
What kind of
activities are you interested in becoming involved in?
Church Activities:
Ushering at Mass; Eucharistic Ministry participation;
Lectoring Ministry participation; taking care of the Rectory grounds,
involvement with the Parish picnic, cleaning the church
windows during the semi-annual church cleanings. We are also
present at the monthly Friday night Adoration at the Blessed
Sacrament Chapel at church.
Community
Activities: Blood Drives, Route 26 roadside cleanup;
Donations of baby food
for Birthright of Frederick.
Council
Activities: Monthly Business and Social Meetings, Council Web Site,
Council Yahoo Group, Knight of the Month, Knight of the Year,
Birthday cards, and Fundraisers.
Family Activities:
Family Mass and breakfast, Family of the Month, Council
Camping Outing, Council Family Picnic.
Youth Activities:
Basketball Shootout; Strong ties to the Christian Formation
and Youth Ministries of the parish. Look for new activities
in the upcoming year.
